The Swaziland Martial Arts Federation was started in 1978. Under its auspices, the Martial Arts in the country was organised under one single body. The federation is made up of different groups, which include:
The Swaziland Martial Arts Federation is one of the few associations, which has sent its members to other countries like Japan, Korea & South Africa to learn and represent the country.
